it worked

It worked like a charm! I gave Katie the cereal last night and she was asleep around 9:45pm. She didn't wake up again until 3 am! 6 Hours! Now, I'm not excited that I had to get up at 3 am, but I am excited that I didn't have to get up at 1am, 3am and 6am!

Went to our favorite park this morning bright and early at 8 am...whadda ya know, it doesn't open until 9am. I told Ty all about playing the sandbox, on the slides, etc. and knew he was going to be disappointed if we turned around and went home. I quickly remember a nearby park that we could go to, so we went there. We stayed for about an hour and then when 9am rolled around we went back to Homestead Park. http://www.wtwp.com/parks/homestead.asp We stayed at Homestead until 11am and the only way I got Ty to leave was to mention nuggets and french fries for lunch!

Forgot to mention I have a job interview on Monday...wish me luck.
