Thanks for sharing the cookie recipes -- I'm going to make one I found in a cookbook here, but can't wait to try the recipes y'all shared! I found the recipe from the cookbook of the church that I grew up in and it was submitted by a dear friend who passed away many years ago from breast cancer. She was my GT teacher in school, my Girl Scout leader, etc. (I'm from a small town...1 person played several roles in your life!) Not only is the cookie delish and easy to make, it's also a nice way to think about her and remember how awesome it was to be around her. Thanks Mrs. Becky for the recipe!
Polka Dots
1 box of brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients and bake for 10 minutes.
