Thursday: 10:30 am - Ty was really sick at daycare. Danny went to day care and picked him up. He never got sick again.
Friday: 10:30 pm - Katie was sick all night. I slept on the floor with her because I didn't have any more clean sheets for her bed. Beach towels feel great when you are exhausted, even without the beach.
Saturday: Everyone was healthy and we had a great time at a friend's barn party...hay rides, bonfire, etc.
Sunday: church, Lowes, playing outside, family adventure at the local Metro Park...another great day. Then the evening came. Danny and I both were feeling yucky. I went to bed at 7:30 pm and I'm not really sure when Danny came to bed, but it was much earlier than normal.
Monday: 5 am. Ugh. Sending sub plans while sick is awful. I'm not really sure what I asked my sub to do today, I was so out of it. Danny and I were able to get the kids off to day care around 7:30 and we both went back to bed, sick. I'll spare the details.
Fortunately this bug that we shared was short-lived because we all seem to be better!

thank goodness it was shortlived!!! I'm headin' out tomorrow to get my flu shot! I know it won't ward off everything but I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed!!!
Ugh, I hate being sick. Especially when BOTH of you are sick. I'm glad that you are feeling better.
And, hey! I like the idea of the beach towels. What a good idea!
