Ty is asking Santa this year for the Marvel Transformers Crossover Venom. He already has the red Spiderman, purchased by Mommer (because, well, that's what Grandmothers do). I found a video on YouTube that shows someone making the transformation in an educational-type of way, and Ty was hooked. I could have replayed that 5 minute video all night, switching back and forth from the Hulk to Venom to Spiderman to Wolverine, yes...the transformations of all are there. The word on the street is that Santa is currently making a Venom for Ty! The bad news is that the trasformations are hard and Danny has to change it everytime and that can get old. Hey, the things we do for our kids!
Katie hasn't been able to ask Santa for anything but I'm sure that he knows she would love cool toys like My Little Pony or coloring books with the special markers that only write on the special paper...what is that called, ColorWonder? I have also been told (by a friendly elf) that a PO for a super cute baby-doll sized pack and play, stroller and high chair has been submitted. A PO? I've been listening to Danny talk on his work phone too much...SAP, WTRK, I-DOCS....
Exams start on the 15th and I'm ready for algebra 1, but sleep has been sacrificed. Because I am having to spend so much time on the computer at home, I have not been able to focus on laundry, dishes, ironing etc. and by the time I do a little housework after the computer, it's 11pm. That's just too late for me and it's catching up. You know what would be helpful? I'll tell you: 1) a maid and 2)a closet full of perfect clothes that are always perfectly ironed and that fit perfectly every time you put it on.

I think it's time to ask Santa for at least one visit from "Merry" Maids (or equivalent....) And when you find a way to get perfectly pressed clothes that fit every time I'm all ears!!
But I will tell ya that last year I got a clothes steamer for $50 (on sale) from a dept. store and I use it EVERYDAY instead of ironing!!! I love it! Beats hauling out the ironing board!
