My To-Do List

Here's my immediate To-Do List

1. Complete my Focus Topic paper on "What my classroom would be like without NCLB" (Due Monday morning 8am)

2. Remember to take "stuff" to church tomorrow...school supplies for needy children, travel size toiletries for the homeless, Katie's diaper bag, name tags (all of the stuff that has been on my kitchen counter because we haven't been to church in 2 weeks)

3. Vacuum downstairs (because the vacuum cleaner has inconveniently been upstairs for too long)

4. shop for side dishes for tomorrow's dinner (what good are marinated pork chops with nothing to serve other than wagon-wheel pasta or Chef Boyardee ravioli?)

5. Color my hair (the top of my roots are starting to "glisten")

6. Find the magic wand that will stop Ty from loudly burping in every restaurant we visit (one of his new found abilities)

7. Help Ty stop calling Jeremy, the bird from The Secret of NIMH, "Germany"

8. Help Danny take deep breaths when he hears any news piece on Obama's health care plan

9. Single-handedly install hardwood flooring downstairs (Na, I'm kidding. I just wanted something to sound as industrious as MadHatters "sand and paint the bathroom ceiling" comment!)

Well, that should take care of tomorrow. Hmmmm...wonder what Monday will be like?
