Halloween

Not my favorite holiday growing up, but now that I'm a mama, I will let my kids experience it as fully as they would like...costumes and candy, pretty much. Well, last year Ty was Superman (as you can see) only because Aunt Amy saved the day. Finding a costume was awful last year because I waited until the last minute and there were only stupid costumes left in weird sizes and I refused to pay $45.00 for anything at the Halloween USA store. So, I vowed to make this year easier and have already purchased both costumes. Phew. Katie will be a bunny and Ty a pirate...I just hope the costumes still fit in October.

By the way, Sam's already has some Halloween yard items displayed...you know the very large, annoyingly loud and super scary to toddlers items. They are intriguing enough to Ty that he wants to go see them, but then wants to leave once we get close to them...repeat ad nauseum.
