I hope all of the Moms out there had a wonderful day on Sunday. Danny (as always) did a wonderful job of making me feel special and pampered and gave me a beautiful necklace to honor the occasion. I told my mom that cleaning the kitchen and bathing the children would have been enough, but I'm thrilled to be able to wear my new necklace and think about how special Danny, Ty and Katie are!
My sitter had the kids make the cutest craft by using their handprints as flowers coming out of a construction paper flower pot. I am seriously considering framing this one!
By the way...we have already begun the "maybe Santa will bring that to you" comment because Ty wants everything! Tonight he has added a travel toothbrush to his list. Two years ago it was the science fair googles from the hardware store! Now it's the travel toothbrush from the sample section of CVS. (Beats the overpriced Transformer Santa got last year on Amazon!) He doesn't know it a travel toothbrush...he just knows it's a cool fold-out brush that can act as a sword, phone, handle and noise maker!

Love the "list"...I can say that Red has outgrown the need for it by age 8, he has figured out that "I'll think about it" and "I'll put it on the list", pretty much means "Don't count on it"
